These terms explain how we accept and complete orders.

How the contract is made
An order request on the website is not yet a paid order. We review the request and email you a payment link with the final total. The contract is made when you pay.
Prices
Prices on the website are in Ukrainian hryvnia. Shipping is calculated separately and added to the payment link. We may change prices on the website, but the total in a payment link we have sent you does not change.
Payment
Payment takes place on the payment provider's secure page. We never receive or store your card details.
Production and delivery
Each item is printed after payment. We tell you estimated timings before you pay. Delivery, returns and cancellation are described on the Shipping and returns page.
Personalization and your files
You are responsible for the accuracy of your text and for having the right to use any photos or designs you upload. We check layouts, but we can't guarantee to catch every typo.
We may decline to print material that breaks the law or infringes other people's rights.
Copyright
UZIR designs belong to the studio. Buying a print gives you the physical item for personal use, not the right to copy or sell the design.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Your order is covered by the terms in force on the date you paid.
