We collect only the data we need to make your order or answer you.

What we collect

  • Order requests: name, email, phone, delivery address, notes and the items ordered.
  • Contact and custom printing forms: name, email and your message.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Photos and files you upload for printing.

What is stored in your browser

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your device. We can't see it until you send an order request.

The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where it is required.

Why we use it

  • To make and deliver your order and send you a payment link.
  • To answer your questions and requests.
  • To send studio news if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as sales records.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services we can't work without, and only as much as they need: website hosting, our form and email service, the payment provider, our print partner and the delivery carrier.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as we need it to complete the order, handle any faults and meet legal requirements. Print files are deleted once the order is complete, unless you ask us to keep them for a reprint.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent to newsletters. These rights come from Ukraine's Law on Personal Data Protection and, for customers in the EU, the GDPR.
